To be used for baking of savoury bakery products (i.e. Bavarian twist, bun), cakes, sticky products, cheesy rolls. Suggested for baking, freezing of sliced meat and interleaving of cheese.

Material:

One side of baking paper is siliconized, high usage temperature, 46 gr/m2 parchment-type paper with twist symbol printing. Due to high siliconization this paper paper has an extremely good release property.

Certification:

Baking paper quality meets the requirements of Framework Regulation EU 1935/2004, states that food contact materials shall be safe.
